Chuck Dawson

Chuck Dawson is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Harland Clarke Holdings Corp. and the Chief Executive Officer of Harland Clarke. The holding company oversees Harland Clarke, Harland Financial Solutions and Scantron. Mr. Dawson sits on the board of directors of M & F Worldwide Corp. (MFW), the parent company to Harland Clarke Holdings Corp. Prior to his current positions, Dawson served in other leadership roles as President and Chief Executive Officer of Clarke American Corp., Executive Vice President/General Manager of Partnership Development and as Senior Vice President/General Manager of National Account/Securities/Business Development. The company included Clarke American Checks, Inc., Checks In The Mail, B2Direct, and Alcott Routon; all remain subsidiaries and/or brands of Harland Clarke. Dawson's more than 30 years experience in the security printing industry includes being the Chief Executive Officer of Rocky Mountain Bank Note before joining Clarke American in 1993. He began his career with IBM. Mr. Dawson holds a B.A. in Marketing and an M.B.A. from Lamar University.
Peter A. Fera, Jr.

Peter Fera was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in May 2007. Fera was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer prior to his promotion to Executive Vice President. Previously, Fera had been with Honeywell for seven years and held a variety of leadership positions in finance and marketing. Most recently he served as Chief Financial Officer for the Aircraft Landing Systems business of Honeywell from October 2003 to April 2005 in South Bend, Indiana. At Honeywell, he also served as Director of Finance-Business Analysis and Planning from February 2002 to October 2003 and Global Marketing Manager from October 2000 to February 2002. Earlier in his career, he held operational and engineering roles at General Electric. A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in mechanical engineering, Fera also earned a M.A. in mechanical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA in management from MIT's Sloan School of Management.
Judy Norris

Judy Norris was appointed Senior Vice President and General Counsel in September 2006. Prior to joining Clarke American, Norris was in-house counsel for Blockbuster, Inc. from 1998 until 2006, with her most recent position as Senior Vice President and Co-Head of the Law Department. While at Blockbuster, an NYSE-listed company, Norris had experience in a variety of domestic and international business operations as legal counsel, including litigation and compliance, government affairs and advocacy, international matters, securities reporting, consumer and privacy matters and vendor contracts. From 1983 until 1998, she was a partner at Thompson & Knight, P.C. with a complex commercial and antitrust litigation practice. Norris holds a B.A. magna cum laude from Maryville College in Maryville, Tennessee and a J.D. from Vanderbilt University School of Law in Nashville, Tennessee. Norris was licensed to practice law in Texas in 1983.
Steven L. Reynolds

Steven Reynolds has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer since January 2004. Prior to joining Clarke American, Reynolds was Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Pegasus Solutions, where he spent eleven years. Prior to Pegasus Solutions, he spent ten years at Texas Instruments in the Information Systems and Services Division, where he held several positions in IT development, operations and management. Reynolds earned his B.S. in Computer Science from Texas A&M at Commerce in 1982.
Dan Singleton
Dan Singleton is Harland Clarke’s President and Chief Operating Officer. In this capacity he leads the Harland Clarke Leadership Team and nearly 5,000 employees, in the $1.3 billion company’s service to its clients and their account holders. Dan has been a leader in the payment solutions industry for most of his 26-year business career. After holding positions at both Xerox and Deluxe Checks, he joined the company and was rapidly promoted through the sales organization. He ultimately became Director of Business Development, charged with building a strong national accounts team. He left the organization to gain global experience leading the sales, marketing and international efforts of a $1.1 billion sister company. In 2006, Dan returned as Senior Vice President of Partnership Development. In May of 2007, he became Executive Vice President of the newly-formed Harland Clarke, and in 2008, assumed the responsibilities of Chief Operating Officer. Dan sits on the Executive Leadership Team of Harland Clarke Holdings Corp. and is the founding sponsor of the Harland Clarke Diversity Council. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Florida.Brad Wheeless

Brad Wheeless was named Harland Clarke’s Senior Vice President Operations in September 2008, an expansion of his responsibilities as Senior Vice President Administrative Services, a role he has held since August 2006. During his more than 20 years with the company, Mr. Wheeless has held a wide range of positions including Senior Vice President of Security and Partner Support, from January to August 2006; Senior Vice President of Corporate Development, from May 2004 to January 2006; Senior Vice President of Human Resources and First in Service Performance Excellence, from August 2000 to May 2004; Vice President and General Manager of the Credit Union Division, Vice President of Corporate Quality, Acting Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer, and Controller and Vice President of Operations Accounting. Prior to joining Clarke American, Mr. Wheeless was employed by Texace Manufacturing as Vice President of Finance. He began his career at the national accounting firm of Seidman & Seidman. Wheeless holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from Sam Houston State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
