How do I place an order?

Do any additional items accompany my order?

When you order currency envelopes, you will also receive matching outer white envelopes and marketing materials. When you order gift cards holders, you will also receive matching outer white envelopes.

What marketing materials do I receive with my currency envelopes?

We include free materials with each order. Orders of 500 or less receive one Tent Card Display and one Window Cling. Orders of 1000 or more receive two Tent Card Displays and one Window Cling.

I’d like my financial institution name and logo printed on the product. Is that service available?

When ordering currency envelopes, you may request the flap on the outer envelope be printed with your name and logo in black ink for an additional charge. When ordering in the online Envelope Store, you may upload your logo and select your color and view a proof online before you order.
 
When ordering holiday labels, your financial institution’s name will be printed at no additional charge.
 
When ordering holiday drive-up envelopes, you may request your name and logo in black ink for an additional charge.
 
When ordering holiday statement stuffers, your financial institution’s name will be printed at no additional charge. There is a small additional set-up charge if you also elect to include a custom message.
 
Printing is included in the price of holiday checks and holiday commercial envelopes.

When can I expect to have my order delivered? 

If you order holiday products, your order should arrive in late October. If you order all-occasion products (thank you, graduation, birthday, etc.), your order should arrive within approximately two weeks of placing your order.

When will I be billed?

Whether you order through our online Envelope Store or through Customer Service, you will receive an invoice for your holiday product order after the order is shipped. We will send an invoice for your all-occasion product order a week after the order is shipped.
